bruises
I just came out of the shower in shock. I am covered, and I mean covered in bruises. From my ankle bone to my hip bone. Every where, all over my arms, legs, hips. I just had a full physical, nothing alarming but a very low vit d and a heart issue which doesn't have anything to do with this. It is scary and embarrassing how many I have. I am not anemic, any idea??

I'd call your doctor to play it safe.
Especially since this is so out of the ordinary.

I had a very low vitamin d level and when it was bad I was badly bruised as well. I had to take 50,000 iu's? n go in the sun.
it can lead to other problems mae sure u take care of it! feel better.

I took my 4 pills, 50k per week and i have more bruises than you can imagine. Its bad. Just wondering why it got worse, not better. I have bruises everywhere, places you would not even imagine. I cannot wear shorts or skirts b/c i look like I got beat up.
