Congratulations to her and Bill! They are pregnant via a gestational surrogate. So happy that she is STILL talking about her infertility journey.
Also, it just happens to be National Infertility Awareness Week. (I'm sure no coincidence here, Guiliana has been a spokeswoman for RESOLVE.)
This year’s theme is “Don’t Ignore Infertility.” Every voice that speaks out about the realities of infertility -- and every act that acknowledges infertility as a medical condition with far-reaching social and emotional implications -- helps tear down the wall of ignorance and silence that surrounds this devastating disease.

I am so happy for them! They have been trying for so long and she has been through so much, especially with the breast cancer!
