need 3t or even 4t onesies, anyone know where to get them?

My 2y is 38" tall and 33lbs, still in diapers and I need onesies for him, long and short sleeve.

Where can I buy? Or do you know if anyone could custom make them. The ones he's wearing now are so worn, I rather not get extenders.

Thanks in advance!

I am always on the lookout for bigger onesies! The only place I have found is Essential Whites. Their stuff is a really nice quality, but only comes in white. They also shrink slightly when washed. Amazon also sells Gerber in short sleeved colors 4 pack, but I've never ordered them. I've also found that some stores (like The Children's Place) has made them in the past and have gotten them as hand me downs, but found they haven't had them recently. HTH Chat Icon

Edited for spelling (because it's so late!)

Just wondering why you need the onesies. I was very reluctant to give up onesies when my DS outgrew the 24 months size. He is a big boy in height and weight also so I thought he was too young to give them up, especially for winter. I searched for 2T and 3T also but didn't end up finding much or buying any (but I did almost order the Essential Whites ones). He's 29 months now and has been without onesies since this past fall. It's fine, no issues. He wears white undershirts. He's still in diapers too. And I can't help but think he's more comfortable. Anyway, just throwing our experience out there for youChat Icon

My son was on the larger size too and was wearing size 2T around 18 months. I switched him to undershirts. I found them to be so much easier and they served the same purpose. I wouldn't go crazy looking for onesies.

Just wanted to add that my son has an ostomy bag with no chance of potty training any time soon and it's important for us to keep everything secured under his clothes. If you're going to start potty training soon, I wouldn't go too crazy trying to find onesies. I also found Carter's tends to run big, so maybe those will last a little longer or even just use the extenders even though you don't like them until he's done with them?
