Hyatt Regency in Aruba???
Has anyone stayed there recently? My DH job offer discounts for certain places and this is one of them. Instead of the usual $325-$450 per night we can buy $185 per night vouchers. Is this a good deal?
Now I just have to see how much airfare would be?  Does anyone know where the cheapest flights leave from and the cheapest time of year?

flights to aruba arnt cheap...
The cheapest flights i have ever seen around $315 - $350 pp in March...
DW and I normally go in December and we pay more then double that.
Thats a great price for the Hyatt!! and its right in the middle of the high rise hotels with a ton of bars and things to do which you can walk to!!!

OMG! that is a great deal for the Hyatt!!
Hyatt is the best hotel in Aruba (beautiful modern lobby) recently renovated property...with beautiful pools and grounds!
We visited all of the hotels on Palm Beach (hotel row) and Hyatt is the best there is.all others were ehh......casino was lucky for us too...haha...we stayed at the westin which was only ok so next trip to Aruba will be at the Hyatt!!

That is a fabulous rate for the Hyatt.
Flights aren't cheap to Aruba. I think I spent $700 for Dec flights. They are usually around $500 but I went peak time.

Yes def the nicest hotel in Aruba, near everything. The gft shops are very pricey for water and snacks etc. .

Loved the Hyatt when we stayed there, quite pricy so the deal you are getting is PHENOMENAL !
If you are taking the kids, there is an awesome water slide on the property and the pool is great. I think there was also a Hyatt Kids day camp on property, but cannot really remember.
We've always gone in August, and booked flights as soon as we knew our travel dates.
Have flown Jet Blue, Delta and American out of JFK. We chose whoever has the best price/best schedule.
If you do go, don't take the airport transfer bus to the hotel, it's cheaper but stops at just about every resort and hotel on the way to the Hyatt. Could take about an hour to get there, versus 15 minutes by cab.

This hotel and its grounds are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and if I ever go back I want to stay there!!! Sounds like a great price to me!!

Awesome price!!! Summer is off-season I think so the flights are cheaper. We've flown twice in the summer and we paid u der $350 round trip pp.

LOVE the hyatt - have been twice already! - and that is a GREAT DEAL for the hotel!!!! I have seen a regular room for $400++ a night!
