Alexandra17 UPDATE...NEW UPDATE!!!
OK So Ali said that they are taking her in 10 minutes !! 
For both the procedure and the delivery she has to be under general anesthesia, so unfortunately Nick can't be in there 
Will update again when there is more news!!

UPDATE: just under an hour ago I got the text (was sleeping) that he is here!!!! :)  
No other details were in the update but Ali is officially a Mommy!!
