If you will have a babysitter or nanny
That is not a relative, where are you looking? This is our preference but we don't have any relatives that could watch our LO for when I go back to work.

I would like to know this as well. I am not having any luck so far and I really don't want to post on Craigslist if I don't need to. I posted here and thought that I would at least get a few bites. I have contacted my church and am waiting to hear back from them. Let me know if you have luck anywhere.

I am looking to watch kids after I have DS#2 but I think I remember from your previous post that you were kind of far from me...I'm in South Amityviile. Have you tried Care.com or Sittercity.com? A lot of the moms on parenting say that they found lovely ladies on there.

Don't let CL discourage you. I'm a nanny and have found some wonderful fams on there who have loved me in return! Where do you live? Maybe I can work for ya

I am in Lloyd Harbor which is north of Huntington, tends to be far from a lot of people  We are only looking for 4 days and it will be a very low key position, no house work or anything.

We used an agency to find exactly what we were looking for. Creative rent a sitter.

Our first PT sitter used to work at our sons' daycare so it worked out perfectly.
Now we are searching again and finding a lot of applicants responding to our ad on Sittercity.
