Suggestions for eating out on Thanksiving HELP
Any suggestions for catering halls on LI that have a Thanksgiving dinner thing. DH and I never host and due to family issues, we are not going to be spending it at relatives' houses - so we need a place that will have us, my parents and DH's parents...
We've already tried Coral House and I wasn't impressed, what other catering halls or restaurants would have a nice spread for Thanksgiving?

We're doi g the carltun. Did George washingto manor last yr and it want good,,. I tend to think all of them are going to be subpar and going to start making my own again next yr...by then I won't be pg or have a newborn ;)

We wanted to do Westbury Manor, but it was sold out. We are now doing Carlyle on the Green. I have eaten in their restaurant and it was excellent. The Thanksgiving menu looks really good too. It is $50 per person. Good luck !
ETA: We also looked at the menus at Fox Hollow, Lombardis on the Bay /Villa Lombardis and the Carltun.

I just got an email from Peppercorn's in Hicksville that they have 2 seatings that day, 1-2:30 & 3-5.
