Bed rail recommendations?

We are switching our 3.5 year old DD into a full size bed in the next week using the headboard/footboard from her crib but really want to get some kind of rail to have peace of mind that she won't fall out (which I know she would!). I hear pros/cons on almost all that are out there in the stores so was looking for your recommendations! Thanks!

I love the inflatable bumpers from 1 Step Ahead. They sell other brands in the stores, but these were the only ones I found with a non-slip bottom. They allow the child to get in and out of bed without trying to climb a traditional bedrail (which my DS would try to do)l, but keep them from falling out in their sleep.

I am thinking about getting these. I've read nothing but great things about them and I like that I could bring them with me when we travel. Do they take up a lot of room in the bed when they are inflated though? The pic online looked like it did but it might be a twin bed. My daughter will be in a full. Also are there any cons to them so far that you know of? Do you have to keep inflating them and do they shift around a lot?
