Anyone have a crown molding rec?
Looking to get them put in in our MB but I won't be able to get them if they're not reasonable (DH). Its not a huge room!

Everyone house i see on here has crown moldings, did they just magically appear on your walls or did you use someone to install em?

My BIL installed all of our crown. I would recommend his work but he's not very reliable and I would hate to be responsible if you weren't happy with him. He's a really great guy, just a little unreliable.
ETA: You can ask Elisa how our baby's nursery came out. He did all the woodwork in there.

Back in 2007, we used and were very pleased with Sal's Carpentry and Remodeling. Sal is based in Levittown, but I think covers most of LI.
The number I have is (516) 932-9165 and cell (516) 582-0878.
He did all of our crown molding and several other projects for us. We were really happy with him and his work.
We haven't used him more recently, but hopefully that is the same contact information for him.

we used a guy named Don. DH has info I can get it for you. He installed our base moldings and new doors. I would assume he does crown molding too.
we purchased the molding at LI panel, and painted them. he installed them.
The only thing is that he was kind of annoying to get in touch with.

We used Medrano Construction. They installed base molding throughout the house and crown molding in our bedroom. It looks fantastic and was a lot more reasonable than I expected it to be.

he did crown molding in both of our bathrooms, and tv room. we picked it out, told him where and what, paid him the exact amount for the materials, and then he installed and painted flawlessly.
he was recommended to me and we have used him for entire gut jobs on 2 bathrooms, as well as painting numerous rooms and doors, and installing flooring. i looove him. tell him krista & mike kelly sent you.
