Spinoff: 1st birthday theme for a little girl.
DD's 1st bday is the first week of December. I want to do something really cute and girly for her. She isn't into characters I guess because she doesn't watch TV/cartoons yet. I have seen so many amazing bday party pics and ideas on here and I am at a loss for ideas.

We did Winnie the Pooh because I love him  with hot pink accents.
You could do butterflies, flowers, tea party or a girly color theme ...

I just did a HOT PINK sort of theme and incorporated cupcakes and a mini dessert bar (nothing crazy) and got her an adorable tutu dress with cap to go with it

we did a Look Whoo's Turning One owl theme...it was super cute.. DD isn't into characters so I did what I liked.

DD is only 7 weeks old but i am going to do a cupcake theme lol . I already have stuff from etsy saved, like the invites and the tutu outfit lol. the color theme is going to be a purple and hot pink

For DD#1 we did a Tinkerbell theme even though she wasn't into any characters, but the way I saw it was that I probably had one birthday to do what I wanted. Every other year she will likely choose her theme/character.
For DD # 2 who was also not into characters we did a hot pink and orange color theme. A color theme is so easy to pull off and it looks great.

Perfect for December and all of the decorations you will need to get will be in season and easy to find.

For DD 1 I did cupcakes and fairy princesses (march) For dd2 will be a luau (her name is summer).
