When the birthday boy is the youngest...

Hi all... it's been awhile! Chat Icon

What kind of birthday party places would you recommend when the guestlist includes kids that are mostly older than the birthday boy?

Max is turning 2 and I know he'd love a Gymboree party but I feel like all the kids we'd be inviting would be bored (or wouldn't come?) because they are way past gymboree age...

There would only be 2 - 3 toddlers really in his age group... the rest are 3 - 5 year olds and some even older...

Doesn't make sense to do it there right?

Should I cater to the older children and do it at a bouncy place (again - I feel like that's all we do!)

TIA!

I think no matter what their age, you give kids balls and a space to run around and they will have fun. I don't think you have to worry to much about them being bored. active kids are never bored!!!

and, helly gorgeous! Chat Icon

Hi!! Chat Icon

My vote is for bouncy place because it is fun for all ages! Your two year old will love it and the older kids will have a blast too! (Not to mention the adults!)

Good luck!
