Okay since we are getting another snowstorm this weekend, what are you cooking ?
Tomoorow night we are having Spanish Chicken and rice and peas. Saturday we are having crockpot sausages, peppers, and onions over pasta, with melted mozzarella on top and garlic bread on the side. Maybe some wine too. The yumminess......  
ETA- I just noticed the new icons on here- love it!

i'm in cental nj, not sure if we'll get any real snow... but i am planning for a weekend of cleaning and cooking
i'm hoping to make:
* split pea soup
* crock pot chili
haven't thought of much more than that, as of yet

It all depends on whether or not DH will be working ridiculous hours. 
If he's home at a reasonable time tomorrow I'll make turkey burgers for us. Sweet potato on the side for me and mac and cheese for him. If he's working late I'll have a turkey burger and heat something else up for him later when he gets home.
Saturday I was planning on making penne ala vodka with shrimp or chicken if he's home for dinner. If not I'll probably just pick something up.

Yay something else to plan!
I have NO clue. I will definitely make brownies and cookies at some point.
For dinner, I am really feeling that sausage and pepper stoup I once made w/cheesy garlic bread.
Saturday I'll probably hunker down and make something like lasagna.
If Waffle Sunday is on, I'm making monkey bread.

when we were young, my mother cooked us this italian sauce type of stew, i want to try to make it. problem is i can't find any recipes for it! it was basically stew meat and potatoes in tomato sauce.
ETA: im gonna try to attempt this over the weekend

Definitely a pot of sauce and probably eggplant parm. I would love to grill up some skirt steaks in the snow tomorrow night

i made whole wheat pasta with broc, peas and spinach with homemade vegan alfredo sauce last night.
tonight is our take out night and tomorrow we're going to family's house for dinner... so thats it for me till sunday

we had taco bake last night (yum); if we don't go out to dinner tonight i'm making mushroom agnolotti with brown butter sauce, or else i'll make it sunday. we'll be out tomorrow, so no cooking.

and bacon wrapped scallops
tomorrow- prob homemade pizza and goatcheese/sun dried tomato ravioli
sunday- gong to professional bull riding at msg- then going out for chinese/thai!

I need to make a pot of marinara.
I HOPE to make french onion soup and lentil soup.
I also want to do some baking. maybe pumpkin spice muffin and either brownies or chocolate cake.
my SIL also gave me a cookbook for Christmas "Not Your Mother's Slow Cooker" I may flip through that and FINALLY give my slow cooker a whirl!

fried ravioli with marinara dipping sauce
pizza rolls
pigs in a blanket
veggies with tzatziki sauce
hummus with toasted pitas
spanokopita & potato puffs
sweet and sour kielbasa
artichoke dip with tortilla chips
baked clam dip

I was thinking of shrimp and turkey sausage with either whole wheat pasta or making shrimp/sausage alfredo...bad thing is I'd need to do some food shopping in a rush for some things but the first idea is do-able and I know DH has been wanting that shrimp we have in the freezer atm...
