HGTV Dream House
The sweepstakes has started! Have you seen the house this year, I love it and it's on the east coast.
Dream Home
Most people have to end up selling the house, so they are giving you 500,000.

I'm pretty sure last year they had in the rules you can't sell for x amount of years

Oh really I would love to keep it if I won, but don't think there are too many job opportunities in Stowe. It does say if you don't want the house they'll give you 650,000 plus the 500,000 and the car. Not the full value, but not too bad.

I would totally keep this house!! I want to win so bad. I would keep it as a second house and rent it out during the winter for ski season to help pay the taxes.
