felt so good to weigh in and know where i was at!!
hard week ahead. night out with friends on thursday, baby shower sat and tea party for my baby sat night.
just going to count those points
also, this is going to be my first week without nursing points. i am in for a rude awakening!

Congratulations on all the losses, ladies!!
I'm down .2 pounds (total of 12.8 pounds) this week. I was thrilled with the loss, it was such a struggle this week to stay on program - and I went over my points!!!
This week I'm going to have to stay commited and pay attention.

Up 1lb...Will get em next week. I really don't know how I am up..I exercised. I stayed with in my points. I used about 13 of my weekly. I'm confused but we shall see what happens next week.

Okay, so yesterday I posted I was up .2. This morning when I got up I went to the bathroom for the first time in 3 days ( ) and weighed myself shortly after that. I was down 3.5! So, I am using that as my weight this week and that means I hit my 10% goal.
18 more pounds until I hit my goal!

I weighed in yesterday morning & it said I was down .5...Then this morning I figured I would weigh myself since it is my "official" day & yesterday was after breakfast but this time it said I gained 2lbs...Gonna see what tomorrow says

Hi Everyone! I haven't posted on here in a couple of weeks, but I have not strayed, just have been sick.
I had that nasty stomach virus last week, but I was at least happy that I lost some more weight
So, I'm on my 7th week and I'm down roughly 13lbs and I'm going strong!

DH and I just renewed for the Points Plus program... went down 5 in 2 weeks, then gained 3 (bad week). DH lost 2, then gained it back his second week.
We are trying to refocus and regroup lol. DH started a FB group for our friends on WW to give tips and work together

I have not joined WW but am considering. I need to loose 60lbs to be at my goal weight. How does WW calculate how many points you can eat per day? Is there a formula? I am nervous to join. I dont think I will have time to look in a book and check to calculate how many points something is before I eat it. Is it an easy program to follow or would you say its challenging with the points and all? what is the difference with the points plus?
