If you defrost chicken breast, how long is it goof in the fridge for?
I defrosted chicken on Sat & would like to cook it tonight. Do you think it's ok?

Has it been defrosted since Sat or did you put it in the fridge to defrost on sat? I toss anything that has been defrosted for more then 2 days.
