What did you call your baby when...
it was still in utero?
I've had friends in the past year growing a 'nugget' and a 'cookie' inside. So I figure other people do it too, right?

We had a nugget too. In fact, after he was born, DH started a side business shortly after DS was born and called it Nugget 
ETA: The first time I was pregnant we called it Shrimpy

When we found out that we were pregnant she was the size of a poppy seed from those WTE e-mails. We called her that until the day she was born.

We didn't have any nicknames for DD when I was pregnant with her.
With DS we called hiim Petri (as in petri-dish)

peanit or peanut
very early on (before 15 weeks) we called him "Jacie" because his name would be Jack for boy and Grace for a girl!

Charlie has always been referred to as Charlie. We knew that s/he would be a Charlie via either Charles or Charlotte
