I was having some autoimmune/endocrine systeml/swelling/allergy issues and seeing Doctors for so many different things. i was told by 3 different Drs that it was very very very unlikely i'd get pregnant and hold a pregnancy on my own. I was also taken off BCP because the hormones were making my hives/swelling worse.
Wasn't ovulating on my own for the 5 months i was monitored - I was being monitored for ovulation before starting a heavy duty drug (cellcept) because one CANNOT take cellcept while pregnant. Went into NYC for dinner/show/overnight for our 1st anniversary, got myself sperminated - turns out I ovulated 2 EGGS that month and started growing some twins. Best anniversary gift ever 
Never started the cellcept.

Original plan was to wait 2 years after getting married..then we decided at 1 year we'd try. So I went of BCP in April..and we thought it would take a long time because I have PCOS. After 3 months of whatever happens, happens, I was preggo..didn't even realize it until 6 weeks (and only bc I felt sick & then had a dream I was preggo).

DS #1- whatever happens- got pregnant first month off the Pill
DS #2- TTC for 4 months using OPK.

We were TTC but I thought it would take a long time since I was on birth control for years and a little bit older! However, first month trying and that is all it took!!!!

#1- mostly oops. best oops ever. i was on bc. got a virus and kept throwing up, started a pack a little late. preggo instantly
#2-was ebf and was told for the first 6 mths there was only a 2% chance of getting preggo. so, we sort of took a whatever happens approach. we did pnp in addition--except for 1 time.

#1 We had just gotten married and I stopped taking the BCP. We were taking the "let's see what happens" approach. Married end of October, pregnant mid December.
#2 We were talking about TTC... I didn't want to start for about another 6 months. Well..... let's just say that we apparently were not as careful as we could have been!

DS #1: extremely planned. We did IUI after dealing with IF.
DS #2: was a total surprise. We didn't think we could get pregnant since we were dealing with IF. We weren't careful and wound up with the best blessing/gift we could ever ask for.

after 9 years of not being able to have a healthy pregnancy, we gave up trying.....
then SURPRISE! 
Tried to have a good pregnancy for 3.5 years. Had losses. Did IVF and immune treatments and had healthy twin boys

TTC with both kids...and both happened on the 1st try. We were def in shock (but happy) a little with my first b/c we couldnt believe it happened so fast. Esp b/c we were told it might take us a while since they thought I had PCOS.
