Didn't get one today for a fear of too many points, but they look so good!

I did a google search and this is the info I found: http://nutrition.mcdonalds.com/nutritionexchange/itemDetailInfo.do?itemID=3701

Fat .5, fiber 3, cal 210
Ingredients (Allergen statement in ALL CAPS.)Back To Top

Wild Berry Fruit Blend
Strawberry puree, water, sugar, blackberry puree, blueberry puree, concentrated pineapple juice, concentrated apple juice, contains less than 1% of the following: cellulose powder, xanthan gum, colored with fruit and vegetable juice, natural (botanical source) and artificial flavors, pectin, citric acid.

*Dispensed from equipment that also dispenses milk ingredients (yogurt)

Low Fat Yogurt
Cultured Grade A reduced fat milk, sugar, whey protein concentrate, fructose, corn starch, kosher gelatin. Contains active yogurt cultures.

Ice

I make my own smoothie when I need a quick lunch, it is about 32 oz, I use 12 oz vanilla almond milk, 1 cup frozen blueberries, I cup frozen strawberries and about 4 oz of watermelon (some days if I need protein I'll ad protein powder, but that adds 210 calories and 8 grams of fiber) the NI is fat 5 g Fiber 8.2g cal 200
