Child Birth Class
my friend would like to take a good child birth class. I took lamaze, but unfortunately the class in only given to my doctors own patients so I can not refer her to take the class that I took. What class did you take and did you find it helpful? Looking for a recommendation for a place in Nassau County or Queens

We didn't bother. We had hired a doula to be there for the birth and she did 2 of her own prenatal "classes" in our home. She was amazing and I CANNOT wait to have her when we are ready for our second.
