Anyone not respond to 50mg and 100mg but to 150mg of Clomid?
I tried 50mg and 100mg of Clomid but never produced a follicle larger than 10mm. I am starting 150mg today and trying to be positive but worried that since the other doses didn't work this wouldn't either. I need some success stories!

I'm not a regular poster but lurk here frequently...
I have 2 children, both born from Clomid usage. My first, I needed 100 mg and my second, I had to use 150 mg since I didn't respond to 100 mg.
Although it took me 7 cycles of 150 mg of Clomid, I had good size follicles every time with the 150 mg.

I did two rounds of Clomid at 50mg and then 2 at 100mg. On my first month with an RE, I started with 150mg of Clomid and an HCG trigger and got pg. So it can happen

50 nor 100 worked for me. I produced more follicles on 150. I am on my 3rd cycle with 150mg.

Yes, me. My first cycle with the re I took 50, nothing happened. They have me 100 in the same cycle, nothing so it was cancelled. Next cycle was 150 and I got 1 good follie. But did not get prego on clomid.

Did anyone not have any side effects? I didn't with 50 and 100 - thought I would with 150. I have taken 2 doses and nothing. Not that I want side effects but I almost feel like it would be confirmation that something is happening.

Funny...I had side effects with 50 mg. I had some hot flashes but that was it. No side effects at all on 100 or 150 mg!

Truthfully I NEVER responded well to Clomid, and I HATED the side effects. I much preferred injectables because there weren't as many side effects and I responded quite well to them  Some people don't respond well to Clomid, but I assure you, it is by no means the end all and be all

150mg is what worked for me...My RE skipped over the 100 since the 50 did NOTHING. On 150mg the most i ever had was 2 follies at so so sizes, but thats all I needed in the end.
