NIF: We Got The House!
We have been in limbo since March. We've been under contract since then and are supposed to close in less than a month. There were serious issues w/ us getting the mortgage but and pretty much accepted the fact that it wasn't going to happen.........
We just got the final approval!
I am so freaking excited (can u tell? ;))!!!

Congrats. We bought a house recently too & financing was horrible (we went into contract as the economy tanked).
I can totally sympathize w you & celebrate as well!
Just wait till you move in! I thought it was one of my best life experiences!
