I can finally say...
WE ARE IN CONTRACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has been the longest, craziest ride ever but at the end we wound up with a sure thing (cash offer  ) and the contracts were dually signed at 930 last night.
Phew!
Now off to find a house
