Dear Economy
You SUCK!
It wasn't fun watching two co-workers, who are also my friends get laid off yesterday, put their things in boxes and to watch one of them melt down because she just closed on a house and will probably now have to foreclose.
So, thanks for that

and the worst part was, during the meltdown, her emotions got the better of her, and she said some inappropriate, hurtful things to me, which I can't fault her for - but it still sucked - I had nothing to do with it.
At one point, my boss called me in his office and had me shut the door - I thought I was going to be another casualty - but it was just to tell me of the other layoffs.

Ugh, that sucks. There is nothing worse than seeing someone you know (and are friends with) get laid off.
You just know their whole life was just turned upside down and there's nothing you can really do about it.
Sucks, just plain sucks.

True. Rob was laid off in June.. and it didn't seem so bad at the time. Now that the clock is ticking and unemployment is about to run out and there are no jobs in sight.. it's getting really REALLy scary.

YES it does freakin s ucks!
my friend was laid off a few months ago too. what worst:
-comp package runs out at the end of april with no job line up
- wife is a stay at home mom with a 1yr son
- she dues in june with #2
i'm just so afraid for them right now

that's awful
I had to watch the same thing on Tuesday when my company laid off almost everyone that sits near my team  I lost a lot of friends that day

Yup, i was effected by it this past Thursday as were 8 of my dear co-workers. One girl just got engaged and booked her hall, her first payment is due today  , the other is a single mother of three, another ones wife is 8 months pregnant and cannot work....my heart breaks for all who have been affected by this stupid economy!!! I pray we all find jobs soon!
