That's weird - I know someone who works for them and says the opposite. Did you work for them a long time ago?
In 2005-2006...and until this day they do not stand behind their product. Everytime I had a bag or shoes that needed to be fixed, they were always "not fixable" AND they couldn't do anything for me.
