Anyone Successful on the P90X Routines
I just recently got the P90X and am rather discouraged. I am not the healthiest person anymore and probably most in need of getting back into shape, but these workouts are crazy insane and difficult.
I just want to feel motivated to get in shape. I pulled some old photos of high school and when I weighed a good 180lbs. Now I am sitting at 270 and rather shameful.
How do you guys get motivated to workout. I hate running and anything remotely involved with running, but I understand that I need cardio. I am also working on a limited budget, which is why I got the P90X so I could workout from home...but damn if I am not just feeling the desire.
What do you do?

Re: Anyone Successful on the P90X Routines
A close friend of mine has been following the PX90 program. She is already very active - runs every day and already pretty muscular. She felt that the program made her TOO muscular. I took a look at the book and felt it was too difficult for me to try yet! Maybe you should try something easier like walking first to build up stamina and get back into exercising. I can definitely understand feeling unmotivated and scared when looking at that program!
Good luck!
