Sad/Anxiety related
Please give me some hugs... I am having such a bad day so far. My DH has to get surgery tomorrow and I am anxious about that meanwhile I slammed my head last week and its been bothering me since when I did it on Thursday, now I am getting slight headaches. I dont know if I am just being dramatic or I should go to the doctor. I took advil and it seems to go away but I am getting anxiety from it as well of course thinking the worse. If I would of had something I would of gotten worse pain right? I also took a half of xanax to calm my nerves down since I been in the bathroom all morning.

Oh noooo...I know exactly how you feel because I'm a very anxiety ridden person myself. Xanax is definitely my friend.
I'm sure everything is going to be fine. If your head is really bothering you that much, then maybe you should go to the doctor, if not just for piece of mind ya know?? Just take a deep breath.....try and relaxxxx.

I'm sure your head is fine - maybe you gave yourself a concussion, but if it is bothering you I would still go to the Dr. to check it out.
I am the same way as you. I think the worse case scenario for everything and then end up in a major anxiety attack (and I mean MAJOR).
Hang in there. I'm sure everything will be fine.
