What exactly is the Non Stress Test and
will me being stressed have an impact on the results? My stress level is at a ten. Thanks!!

They just monitor you for the heartbeat and to see if you are having contractions. trry not to stress yourself about it but I don't see that your stress level will effect it, mabye just your blood pressure.

I just had this today. It's not bad at all. They also do a sonogram to check and make sure the baby has enough amniotic fluid. They want to make sure baby is not in distress.
