Green Tea
Has anyone used green tea when dieting? If so, did you lose more weight?

I started drinking decaf green tea with lemon, I think Bigelow makes it. It's awesome but I only drank it cause I loved the taste, it did NADA for my weight.

I think you have to drink an insane amount of it to have any effect on your weight
but it's still good for you- I like Zen green tea

I used to drink it once a day and didn't see much of a change. Now I have a cup once in a while.

I drink 2 glasses every day... not sure it is helping me lose weight but it is very good for you and for me, easier to drink than water.
