Pueblo County to award more than $2 million in marijuana tax scholarships
I’ve been sort of following how NY will handle this but so far it seems many towns on the island are forgoing having marijuana stores in their towns.

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- Pueblo County unveiled how much scholarship money will be awarded thanks to marijuana sales tax.
According to our news partners at the Pueblo Chieftain, more than $2 million in marijuana excise sales tax scholarships will be distributed to local schools and organizations for the upcoming fall and spring semesters.

I don’t even get why any town is going to ban the sale of marijuana it doesn’t make it illegal to smoke if they don’t sell it. All they are doing is loosing out on revenue.
People are going to go somewhere else and buy it and smoke it in their town anyway!!
