First a bear crossed the road in front of my car, now this
I posted over the summer (or spring) about how a black bear walked across the road in front of my car (I'm in central Connecticut).
Well, just a little while ago, two BOBCATS walked across the road right in front of my car.  
I'm a moron, I was in such shock (and confused  ) that I forgot to take a pic with my camera phone. So you'll have to believe me. 
It looked like a very tall cat with spots and a weird curled tail. I googled bobcat, lynx, mt. lion, etc but it was most definitely a bobcat. Two actually.
This was less than a mile from my house. I read that bobcat sightings are very rare and I saw two...maybe I should play lotto tonight.

SHUT UP! That is so awesome.....I would pull over and look at them...the bear too...I love seeing things like that!!

I have not heard of any bobcat or bear sightings here in RI---but Coyotes are becoming more popular

Wow. I had no idea bobcats were in the area. I see deer fairly often around here, but that's about it.

Me too. I would think that they would be afraid of people, but animals especially small dogs would probably be at risk.

Thats crazy!!!
A few weeks ago I had a Coyote in my backyard...i live in NC.
I freaked out b/c it was right next to our patio, staring right at me!
Luckily my dogs scared it away

Aw, I think he's pretty 
I live in CO and the other day at work they sent out a "Wildlife Warning" e-mail. Apparently there was a mountain lion outside our building!

Everytime I see this title I read " 1st a beer crossed...." and I'm for a second.
It's crazy what you see where you are.
I probably would have had an accident if I saw either of these animals cross in front of my car!

Scary, yes!
But that cat is GORGEOUS.
It looks like a bigger, taller version of a house cat.

I was "chased" by a wild Turkey at DH cousins house in CT. They all thought it was oh so funny. I havent had turkey since, that thing was freaking huge, and MEAN.
