to me, it refers to the lowest part of her abdomen, right about her panty line, which looks as toned as a very fit mans would. it does not look like a woman's does...there is no softness to it at all. (and i don't mean jelly roll softness either..)

You know on either side of the lower abs, how the muscle is pretty prominent on fit guys? When you see it on girls, that's what she means by man pelvis.
ETA - Don't worry Christine - I sort of have it too. But you won't ever catch me showing it off!
