Ok, so lets say I was pg....

what would be the earliest I could test? We didn't TTC with DS, we just took a whatever happens happens approach and well, he happened. So I have no idea what the finer points are about TTC as far as o dates and things like that.

We're not TTC now either but not taking pains not to. I finally got my first pp period the week before xmas. I want to say the first day was monday of xmas week, I think it ended early in the next week. I should have paid attention I know but I didn't. Since it was my first cycle I have no idea when I would have O'd after that but we bd'd twice last week, pretty sure on NYs day. I've felt like crap since yesterday. I never really feel like crap (I really don't) and I remember feeling like crap with DS which is the only reason I tested with him. But it would be waaay too early to feel like crap if I was pg right? Being we only bd'd last week....right? I'm just trying to convince myself that maybe I just caught a bug. If I was going to test, when we would be the earliest than anything would show if I was pg?

Thanks for your help ladies! I'm pretty clueless about this stuff. Chat Icon

i'm not sure if i'll really be of any help.....but......lets say you got your last AF on the monday of xmas week...that would make today (if i counted right) cd17 for you. how long are your cycles normally? if you have a 28 day cycle, i would say the earliest you could test would be the middle/end of next week. if your cycle is shorter, you could maybe test at the beginning of the week? its hard to say for sure without knowing when you O'd. its not necessarily too early to start feeling pg symptoms....everybody's body is different! How long are ur cycles usually?

I got AF on Dec 19 and I have 29-30 day cycles so I should have O'd around 1/1-1/5 sounds like you got AF around the same time as me so you should have been O'ing around the time you BD'ed if you have a 30 day cycle.

It would still be too early to test, I would say to wait a week and then test if u still feel icky.

Thanks ladies. I have no clue how long my cycles are especiallly since is the first one I've had since having DS. Before I had him they were completely irregular so I had been on the pill for years to regulate. I guess I'll just wait and see. ugh, waiting stinks huh?
