I'm out - fnally! and a question about temping
After a 45 day wait I finally got AF. I'm upset that it wasn't our month, but glad to get the cycle started again.
When do you girls start temping for the next cycle? Should I start now?

If today is your first day of heavy bleeding, then yes, you start your new chart today.

You actually don't have to temp duing AF as those temps are usually a little wacky but I do so anyway just to stay in the swing of things!

I don't usually temp during AF, but you can if you want to. Just make sure if you use an online program, that you put down the days you got AF if you didn't temp, so that it knows when CD1 starts.
