Dumb Question...
How do you know what day you ovulate in order to count dpo?
For example, if I took an opk today which is positive, the instructions tell me that it indicates that I should ovulate in the next two days...when do I begin counting?

Re: Dumb Question...
If you're not temping, it's not an exact science, but generally, most people assume they O'd the day after the positive OPK, and then count the next day as 1DPO. This month, I got a pos on the CD19, so I assumed I O'd on CD20 (CM lead me to believe this too) and counted CD21 as 1DPO.
HTH!

Re: Dumb Question...
Thank you! I'm temping but my doctor says that my charts are unreliable because I don't test at the same time everyday and because my temperature usually runs about 2 degrees lower than most people.
