What CD do you start using pre-seed?
I still don't have a perfect grasp on my O date. I think it's around CD 16/17. I'm using OPKs this month, but what CD should I start with the preseed?

I started CD 17, but I usually O on CD 19 or 20.

I always use it but I use Pre (external kind)...i want those swimmers to have a nice healthy place to swim no matter what!

Please correct me if I'm wrong.. but I was under the impression that "Pre" is used more as a lube.. if you are dry or need to replace something like KY and it does NOT harm sperm. "preseed" however, does all of the above but also mimics CM so that you have more around for the swimmers?
I just can't imagine you can put as much Pre "up in there" (for lack of a better term) and it stays there and act like CM because it's so thin?
I'm putting these thoughts together based on random things I've read and comparing the two products consistency...
would love some thoughts....

I used the one that comes with the insert dispenser.

I use this one too. Some does seem to leak out before we even start BD'ing. I still use it because if it'll help me in some way- Im all for it
I use it when we BD from CD 14 until I O. From what I've heard, preseed is used by people who are dry like a lube and it is also used to mimic CM.

this was my first month using pre-seed. we used it everytime we BDed from AF up until i confirmed ovulation (i Oed on CD14). sperm can live up to 5 days (in ideal conditions) so i could recommend using it up to 5 days before your anticipated O date.
