Drivers license expires next week
Do i get real or enhanced?
Can I let it expire and go at the end of the month ?

If you have a valid passport you don't need either.
You can then renew via mail for a regular old license

Drivers license expires next week
I just renewed and got the real. So I can fly nationally, flying out of the country a passport is still needed. So, i decided it wasnt worth the extra money

Just an FYI that wait times have been insane and appointments are booking far out because of the changes to the laws. My pediatrician is in the same complex as a dmv office and the nurses told me that it’s been insane since the change and I had to park super far and walk because of the insane crowds.

Drivers license expires next week
I got the Real. It’s the same price as a regular license and you can use it to fly in the US and to get into Govt buildings/complexes (we go to West Point a lot for sporting events. I saw no need for the enhanced.

Drivers license expires next week
i had to renew anyway so i did the real ID- I don't like traveling with my passport unless I really have to

it was crazy I didn't and couldn't get an appt. trick, show up late on late day, when they stay open til 6 be there at 5:30, they lock the doors at 6. Once in they have to stay until no one is left.
