Im PREGNANT!
Some might say it is a miracle...my Doctors have been advising me for years that due to my endometriosis and many ruptured ovarian cysts it would be almost IMPOSSIBLE for me to conceive without fertility drugs because of all the scar tissue I have. After what has been the happiest and saddest year of my life (I got married in March and lost my mother to cervical cancer last month) I just found out I am PREGNANT!! There couldn't be a better time to bring a new life into this world (for me)...
I just wanted to introduce myself and congratulate all of you as well. I look forward to sharing in questions and comments together over the next nine months!

Congratulations!!
I have endo also and have not TTC yet but have gotten many warnings. I am having a laparascopy next week to "clean up" some endo and also check my tubes and ovaries. Its very good to hear you conceived naturally with endo!!
