I have been to the one at Tanner Park in Copiague , you don't have to be a resident but I believe you pay more. I want to say it cost us like $25 to get in (for the entire car), we are not residents.

this actually change you are no longer allowed in if you are not a resident of the town of bayblon and you have to have the pass.
OP I have never been but I heard shipwreck cove you can get into and its fun

Hoyt Farm in Commack has one. Free to get in as long as you park on the street and not the lot.
