Not only the ex-wife. But Liza now knows how Diana feels about him. So she can't really act on anything.

I'm not sure if I want them together or not. I like the tension between them. But I do hope they do something with the storyline. Even the dreams are good enough for me

I thought Liza always knew how Diana felt about Charles? But she's with Richard so her loss lol
But yeah...so the ex used Liza to get her book in Charles' hands? But next week's episode shows them meeting and talking about her book. Doesnt the ex know Charles owns it? I'm confused LOL
But I really want Liza to tell Charles the truth! I feel like he would be relieved that she's closer to his age.
and yeah...i dont feel the chemistry between Josh and Kelsey. But nice of her to stop it for Liza's sake

She did. I feel like that scene a few episodes where Dian was trying to buy Charles a gift & realized she was buying things Richard would like was a turning point & she realized she is over Charles.
Now the obstacles are that he doesn't know her age , and oh yeah. . . HE"S HER BOSS! 
The ex-wfie knows he runs Empirical. that's why she said, "oh, I don' t know if this a fit for Millennial, but maybe Empirical would like it. She either wants him to see it, or wants people who respect him to see it.
I feel like this is going to make Liza see him differently.

right...but in this weeks trailer it shows Liza and the ex together talking about the book. so is Liza pretending she still doesn't know to get more info?

I've never heard of this show before and now I'm binge watching after someone in my FB feed compared it to the Jim and Pam relationship excitement from The Office. I'm on episode 5 of the first season and I'm hooked!

Ok now I'm caught up. I wasn't crazy about the beginning of season 4. It felt off. And I'm glad they didn't put Josh and Kelsey together - it felt forced.
I like that Charles didn't seem mad at Josh for punching him since he realized the reason. Makes me want him and Liza to get together more.
Preview for next week made it seem like Charles and his ex wife are trying to get back together. I hope not since it seems like he's moved on. Just bc Liza pushed him away doesn't mean he needs to go back.

I rewatched the preview and the ex wife said they were talking about the ex moving into the townhouse with the girls. Maybe that means Charles won't live there, too - and they just cut the preview to make it look like they're getting back together.

that's exactly what I thought. He keeps taking any chance he gets to say how much he is into Liza and over his ex .

At least they're only 30 minutes long. I just wish TV Land's website was better - the commercials cut in at weird times and now I can't pause or go forward - just play. It's making it hard for me to watch their bonus videos (behind the scenes, outtakes, etc).

Yeah they look really cute together. And they always have adorable family photos (3 kids).
I was a little bummed that Charles didn't fight harder for Liza in last night's episode. And he (Charles/Peter) smokes?! Blech!
