Need to purchase a Windows XP laptop

Member since 11/06 26792 total posts Name: Shawn	Re: Need to purchase a Windows XP laptop Depending on how computer-savvy you or someone you know is, I would create a Virtual Machine on a newer machine running Windows 10 or 7. It's basically a separate computer in a window on your computer. We use them at work all the time to test out stuff. You can run any OS you want, and if you crash it or break it, you just click a button and go back to the way it was configured before you broke it. VMWare is probably the most popular tool for this. Windows 7 has a virtual machine configuration built-in.
