Veneers?
If you have them, how many do you have? Are you happy with them? How long did it take you to get used to them?

Veneers?
I have my top 4 front teeth. I am happy with them, but if I was to redo, I probably would have had them a shade or two brighter, but they match my other teeth. They are straight and perfect though! I was used to them right away, but it was a painful process- I don't know how celebs get their whole mouths done!

I would be looking to get 8, all on the top. Did they give you novicaine? I'm such a wimp with dental work, but I hate my teeth. How long have you had yours?

Re: Veneers?
I have 6 of them (my front 6). No problems getting used to them at all. For me it was a gradual process that took about 6 months. First was teeth bleaching. Then I wore braces on 2 teeth for a couple of weeks to fix a snuggle tooth. Then they cemente those teeth together so they wouldn't shift. Then I had to do crown lengthening and wait for that to heal. Then they finally shaved my teeth down, made the molds and I had my new teeth 5 days after that.
It was a long process but I love my teeth!! I've had them about 14 years now. They still look great

Veneers?
I have lumineers and love them!!! I have my 8 uppers and it was worth every penny. They are on top of my regular teeth so there was no need to file them. I have had mine for 9 years plus I did laser gum surgery. I also had the rest of my teeth whitened to match them as well.

I did my front four teeth and to an extent I regret it. I hate that they have to shave your teeth down, and the two front ones cracked in the back (but, after years). I genuinely hated my teeth before, and don't LOVE them now either. Looking back, I should've opted for braces. Is that an option for you?

Mine are about 4 years old. They gave novacaine and sweet air, it was an uncomfortable process.

I would be getting them more for discoloration and staining. I have awful teeth, and bleaching doesn't work due to spotting.

Oh ok. Then I'd suggest Lumineers like a PP suggested. If they don't have to file your teeth down, that's a PLUS.

I have 8 veneers -- I LOVE them. I'd be happy to chat with you offline about them! I actually got them done in Massapequa even though I'm in the city. I have them 2 years now and very happy with them.
I honestly didn't find it that painful.
