Workout Places in the Seaford Area
There is a place on my corner, on Merrick Road, called Caya Fitness. Has anyone ever been there? Taken the classes? I'm thinking of joining for weekend classes but I would like some feedback first. Trying to start looking into workout places. We live down the block from Cedar Creek so I might start walking there when it's nicer out, with the kids. But I NEED to lose this baby weight and working out at home is just not working for me.

Workout Places in the Seaford Area
There is also a place called Ladies Workout Express in Seaford and I know a few people who belong to it. They really like the classes offered and say they always get a great workout. Might be something to check out as well.
