guided imagery/mindfulness

I am having significant panic/anxiety attacks since a recent medical scare. I saw a therapist and she suggested I practice mindfulness and do some guided imagery. Does anyone have any apps/you tubes that they like?

It's not visual but I love Insight Timer. It has a lot of great guided meditations. I think I paid a couple bucks on iTunes but it was worth it. Chat Icon Chat Icon Good luck!

I really like the Stop, Breathe & Think app. I've been slack about using it everyday, but I find myself in a better mindset when I do. I also use it when I'm about to fly (I'm a super scared flyer) - I feel it helps calm me a bit when my mind starts to race out of control.

I also liked "Calm" on Instagram. It's nice to read some of the daily affirmations.

Oh, and sometimes I like going for a walk on clear days. Having the sun out and walking while looking at the clouds is calming to me. I guess it reminds me of when I was a kid and I used to lay in the grass making up objects in the clouds.
