Happy Thanksgiving CF'ers!
What is everyone doing? Who's on vacation?
I'm hosting for the first time ever but its very small, just immediate family plus 1 friend. And i'm vegetarian so mom is making a turkey breast for the carnivores

 just saw this! went super well thank you, hope yours was as well!
I survived her because it was contained she did order me around the whole time but I kept swigging wine and all was fine!!

Happy Thanksgiving CF'ers!
My day went fairly well until time to carve the turkey. My mother refused to help bc she thought I was carving too early,WTF. My father was like, she bought the turkey, she paid for the turkey its her turkey to carve whenever. It turned into a fight bc she would not let it go.
of course during dinner I said we can say what were thankful for, my mother: I'm thankful you cooked dinner. MY dad: said nothing
Not one person said: thankful your still cancer free and are doing well, only I cooked a meal.lol
No one said they were happy I was health even 4 months after my cancer at our first thanksgiving lol, family, I must laugh or I'll cry

I never got around to buying wine, but did have some beer in refrigerator, I had one.
WTF, can you believe the crazziness. People will say, your mom is so nice and sweet. Yes, She is, to everyone else. I always tell them its because she has nothing to do with your life!! Mom is very supportive of others she just cant be with me. She clearly has her own mother issues and plays them out on me, but its very exhausting. Mush, you are one person I know who gets it lol
