Another Holbrooker here...
I live in Holbrook and last night I put out my trash can for todays pickup. Well at about 11 last night 2 SUVS stopped in front of my house and took my trash, can and all and sped off! I was like WHY! My DH thought they might be looking for info for identity theft. He got in his car looking for them and later on that night after seraching through the neighborhood he eventually found it. They probably wanted it for info but had to get rid of it because it was filled with my 1 year olds dirty diapers and stank! Oh well, that was our excitement for the night. Just wondering if it happened to anyone else.

Yes, they took my trash can filled WITH garbage. I am on Greenbelt Parkway in Birchwood Estates.

Be very careful!! There's alot of identity theft going on these days. ALL papers in my house are now shredded, regardless of their importance. Identity theft is the fastest growing crime in America. Protect yourselves!

My DH was talking to my neighbor about it this morning and he said that last year someone stole all 3 of his trash cans. Now he doesn't put them out at night anymore. I guess we won't either.
I always shred everything also but still it was just a weird thing to do.

I am also in Holbrook. People are so weird. You have to be careful all the time. It is crazy. I live by Lisa so we will look out for our garbage cans!!
