How many days for pre-k
Have to register my daughter next week for 4 year old pre k ....how many days did your child go...my options are 3, 4, or 5 half days
Eta...she currently goes two days a week

My 4 year old goes 3 days a week 9-2:30, if we went through district it would be 5 days a week 9-11:30.

How many days for pre-k
I would choose 5 days. I did three days a week with my oldest and it just seemed like they had so many Monday's or Friday's off throughout the year that there was never a full week of school.

4yrs old Pre-k
5 full days with before and after care programs
So dropped her off at 7:15am and picked her up at 6pm

My DS goes 3 full days. I wanted to have some time with him during the week and also time to do activities in the morning for one more year. I figure he'll have plenty of time to be in school 5 days a week so why not take it easy one more year since my schedule permits that?

I'm in Queens and for NYC pre-k is five full days.

We're doing 2 half days now at 3yo and will do 5 half days next year most likely. I think either that or 3 full days would be good.

My DD went from 2 days a week at age 3, to 5 days a week now for pre-k. I wanted her to be used to the idea of going to school every day so it wasn't such a culture shock when she starts kindergarten in Sept.

We did 5 half days to get them in the routine of going everyday. I didn't think the full day was necessary. There is plenty of schooling going forward.
