What's your fav stage?
Can't do a poll on this phone..ugh.
Anyway what phase/stage in your child's life did you enjoy the most?
For example, newborn, 6 months, 1 year, etc.

What's your fav stage?
My DS is still young (20 months), but so far I like 18+ months the best. I could definitely do without the newborn stage!

Re: What's your fav stage?
DD is 5 now and it is literally my FAVORITE age.
She's more independant so she does a lot for herself and doesn't need constant supervision and she is so interactive, funny, clever, smart, always making us laugh The innocence of this age is amazing too. This Chrsitmas was just incredible. She was soooo excited for it, so enthralled by Santa, etc.
She's not a baby but she is still MY baby...wants to cuddle and hug and kiss, tells me she loves me all the time, She hasn't been spoiled yet by friends or the outside world.
I wish I could freeze her at this age.

This.
I love a cuddly, cute little newborn, but I HATE the sleep deprivation and raging hormones. It literally makes me feel like I'm going crazy.
I love once they start reacting to you. And then when they get a little more independent. My older one is almost 3 and every age he's been has been my favorite so far. It just keeps getting better!

This is exactly how I feel. My DD will be 5 in March and she is the same. I hate that she is starting Kindergarten in September.
I have a DS who is 6 months old and the newborn stage with him was really tough. Even at 6 months, he is still a tough baby. I don't want to rush his infancy but I can't wait until he is at least 2 years old.

People think I'm nuts but newborn-1. My fave. Love watching learn everything and become a person. Love it. I'm not a good toddler mom. Haha. Dd2 2 1/2 has been much better than dd1. Dd1 is now 5 and now I'm liking 5 more even though she can still drive me crazy. Jut her personality. But this Christmas was amazing as Nell said. 5 is incredible the magic was def alive this year. P

What's your fav stage?
All and none Loved them all Hated them all LOL
I loved newborn because she was so little and such a great little baby. I hated that she was unable to communicate and do stuff
I loved toddler because how funny she was and cute. I hated the night terrors, teething, screaming, time outs.
Loved pre-k years as she learned more and got more independent. Hated lack of good educational tools and her being able to do certain things.
Loved Kinder/1st grade years Girl Scouts, new friends, school work and fun. Hated bullying and grades in first grade?!
Loving second grade, she's seriously a mini-me while also being very her. She can do more, understand more. I hate her attitude some days. Seriously her and her girl friends can be like all pre-Madonna teenage nightmares!
I can't wait for more!

What's your fav stage?
My DD is 4 and while I love this age and the independence of it, the attitude is crazy town. I really liked 3, because she was still independent, but not much of an attitude.

Re: What's your fav stage?
I have a 23 month old and an almost 5 year old and I'll say my favorite stage for both was 15 months - 2 stage. My girls were both so sweet (full of good manners, saying please and thank you) and interactive. The terrible twos haven't really set in yet (though for DD1, we skipped that and had the threenage year). DD1 is one month shy of 5 and she can be helpful and independent, but she is also a sassy pants! DD2 doesn't even know how to be fresh yet.
ETA: I should add, I really did love them all, but if I had to pinpoint one particular age that stands out to me, it would be this timeframe.

Re: What's your fav stage?
My kids are 8 months & almost 2.5, so I haven't experienced that many stages yet.
I love the newborn stage. I love how tiny they are, they smell great, they sleep a lot, and just are so peaceful (my older ds cried all the time as a newborn so it wasn't that pleasant but my younger ds was a very easy newborn so I enjoyed it so much).
I love around 6 months- 1 year as they become more interactive, smiling, making noises, start to recognize you & learn things & really play... I just find it such a cute age.
With my older ds, I hated the early toddler stage of about 15 months until he turned 2. He became really defiant & couldn't communicate (speech delayed & motor delays) so he'd get frustrated & always freak out... but I think part of that is just his personality. Shortly after turning 2, I feel like he's matured a bit & has fewer tantrums & has started to become less annoying & more charming/endearing so I'm enjoying him a bit more lately, he's also starting to talk more so that has helped. But with him age 1-2 was pretty terrible with the tantrums & all that, with him. I'm hoping it'll be easier with my younger ds, he seems to have a calmer personality.

Love newborn stage. There is nothing like a newborn baby. My second favorite is age 5. 5 is like a magic number where they mature and become less like a baby and more like children.

Re: What's your fav stage?
I hated the newborn stage especially with my oldest who couldn't be put down at all. I enjoy the older infant and toddler stages, but it's nicer when they're older, STTN, potty trained and can play independently.

Re: What's your fav stage?
I loved 15 months to probably 2.5. That's when my daughter was walking, talking (but not talking back), sleeping well, and just soooo adorable. I feel like that's when I started seeing her like a little person. My daughter was a sweet two year old but three she is testing is a lot more!
My son is 6 months and he is probably our last so I am loving it all. It helps that he's overall a very sweet, happy baby and up until a month ago, a much better sleeper than my daughter

What's your fav stage?
I love the newborn stage. I was just telling a friend yesterday I would have another if I only had to keep them the first 4 months lol. That's when my girls stopped sleeping. Really though, I've yet to hit a staged I didn't love. My 3.5yo is so well behaved for the most part and as much as I want to keep her little, she is so entertaining right now and very independent.

Me too! I really love the first year! If they could stay infants forever I would have a million babies! Haha Although, my DD is 4 now and I am really enjoying her creativity and all the stories she has to tell! Every stage has pros and cons of course but 3yrs by far was the most challenging thus far.

This is exactly what I was going to write! Loved the newborn phase, and now just as she's turning 3, I love the little personality that she's able to communicate!
