Ha! My 3.5 year old DD named hers Sparkle too. I read her the book and the second I said Sparkle she was like "yes! Sparkle!"

Last year I think my son named him Monster Truck at 3yo. This year he got a renaming to Peppermint. We decided that one as a family.

Our elf was originally Elfie, but my DD changed her name last year to Snowflake and it stuck... or none of us remembers what it was called last year and we just think it was Snowflake.
