Does anyone have any experience with VeriQuick tests from Dollar Tree?
AF was due yesterday and my tests are coming up negative. I read online people weren't getting a positive until hours later. Even though there's a good chance a test will be negative, I'm not giving up until I get AF.
Should I just spend the extra money and get a regular test? This is a new brand at dollar tree.

I'd spend the $$ and get better tests. You'll never know if your "hours later" positive is a real positive or just an evaporation line.

They were always accurate for me. Once I got a line I'd confirm with a FRER.

I'm sorry that this won't be what you want to hear, but I've had no problem with that brand of test. I've had several miscarriages so I've gotten a lot of BFPs, and with this brand, it would show up clearly positive for me at around 11 or 12 DPO.
They do get darker and darker throughout the day, though, if that's what you're asking. A line that was barely visible within the first 10 minutes would dry darker and be much easier to see later in the day.

Also, I know a lot of ppl have a positive experience w/these tests, but I ONLY got negative w/them even after I got a clear positive on the ClearBlue digital. So, there is hope.

Spend the money for the peace of mind. I'd test with FRER. They were the first to pick up my BFP- 3 days before AF was due.

I'm only asking bc they old brand New Choice were really good. These though haven't had the best reviews.

If I were you I would go on Amazon and get some Wondfos for the future. They will save you money, and they worked for me as early as 9DPO. If AF was due yesterday, you should be seeing a BFP unless you ovulated later than you think. I would get a FRER at this point.

I NEVER got a positive on any of my wondfo tests. FRER was the first to show it, then CBE digital- nothing for wondfo at all.
ETA: Though I also used wondfo OPKs and they were spot on.

Same. I got my BFP on a Wondfo at 10 DPO and then got a FRER to just confirm the next day.

Re: Does anyone have any experience with VeriQuick tests from Dollar Tree?
They work great in my opinion, just as well as First Response. I got equally super faint early positives on the Dollar Tree brand as I did on First response the same day. I used their new product with this pregnancy and they seemed to work just as well.

Re: Does anyone have any experience with VeriQuick tests from Dollar Tree?
I just bought them yesterday actually.
I used one...and got a negative, but also got a negative on a Clear Blue Digital too. The Line of the Veriquick was VERY clear, so in my opinion, they work well.
My AF is now 4 days late...I am a late ovulator though, so either I am pregnant and I am testing too early OR I am not pregnant and just have a late AF...guess we shall see.

Re: Does anyone have any experience with VeriQuick tests from Dollar Tree?
Interesting you say that about showing up few hours later. Last summer when I took one of those it was stark white, hung out for a few minutes more to see but nothing then went back to bed woke up few hours later and just decided to take it out of the garbage and boom saw a line. Thought it was an evap line so I ran to CVS to get a FRER and it confirmed it was a BFP. Unfortunately it ended as a chemical but I can confirm it came out few hours later.
