My stomach actually dropped when he said someone at the surgeons office leaked his throat shaving procedure and tipped off the paps, so they were laying in wait when he was leaving. Then because of that he's pacing his house contemplating killing himself. Just awful, I think sometimes we forget (I know I do) that these people are also human beings just like us.

Honestly, I can't even fault Kris and the girls for not commenting. Her husband just left her to transition to being a woman. The other wives are 25 + years removed from this. Doesn't Kris get to be hurt and embarrassed? I think that would be a really fair emotion. She may have been not the best wife.. but, she was still his wife for 25 years. And now it is coming out that she knew the whole time. It doesn't make her look good. At the worst she looks like a monster who made him suppress who he really was. I don't know that that is the truth either. But, people will feel that way.
Kendell tweeted that she is having hard time or something and that when and if she was ready to talk she would. She went on to say she loves her dad. To me, that is super fair! I think what Bruce is doing is very brave and I commend him. But, reality show or not he fathered the three older girls since they were 5. Brody and Brandon have said they really had no relationship with him until recently. The girls lived with him. They lost their dad and now in a way they are losing part of bruce. Sure he will still be there but, it's different. And I can understand Kourtney worrying about how her kids will handle it.
Bruce said that he watched the east coast streaming with the Kardashians including Kris and then the west coast with his other kids. That is support.
Sorry, I am not a fan of everything this family does but, I don't think anyone gets to be told how they have to deal with this and how they have to support him.

But from a PR standpoint, by not giving a generic 'I wish him the best' 'statement you look even MORE like the monster. She isn't going to be less hurt or less embarrassed by coming across looking like an ass. Especially if it is true that they all watched it together.
If you're watching it together, wouldn't that mean you aren't so hurt that you can't say one nice thing about that person?

I don't feel bad for Kris at all. She KNEW he was taking hormones to transition for 5 years before and even while they were first together, he said. They married 5 months after they met. He "bought" her a divorce from Robert Kardashian (he said this on the E! True Hollywood story years ago). I wonder how much she truly cared about Bruce all of these years to not want him to live his truth. Maybe she wanted that divorce, $ and stature. Something is wrong with her that she didnt realize that after 5 years of dedication (taking drugs, growing breasts), that this situation would rear it's head again. I feel for Bruce and the kids but not her. She went in with open eyes.

DH and I watched it today.
Brava.
I really admire her courage at the age of 65 to become the person she has always been.
I hope Bruce finds peace in her transition.
